Are you ready for the UBC Exam? The only way to find out is to test yourself. Not by just going through the ESG and working on some questions.  That is what most people do who fail the exam. Why? Because they are often told that all you need to do is answer the questions in the ESG.  If that was the case, then Real Smart wouldn’t have been in business for 10 years.

Sit down, turn off your phone, and don’t leave until you have completed several 100 multiple choice question mock exams in 3 hours or less!  See the difference?

We have made it simple for you. We have put together 3 “timed” mock exams. Each exam has 100 multiple choice questions about math and law. We provide you with 3 hours in which to complete the exam (time is scrolling once you press start).  You have access to back through your exam and see where your trouble spots are.

This is how to see if you should go to the UBC exam or not! Don’t be fooled into thinking you are ready when you are not. Don’t be fooled into thinking you will just “try” the exam anyways, and then take a course if you fail.  Do you realize how awful you are going to feel if you fail?  You must wait 3 long months. That means you must gear yourself back up again to continue studying and keep it going everyday for 3 long months when you could have just tested yourself to see if you were ready!  If you are, go!  I was so nervous when I attended my first class as math has never been a favorite subject of mine, but Wendy came across as caring and knowledgeable with the ability to interact, interest and engage the whole class. Soon, my nervousness evaporated.

Speaking with my fellow classmates, we were extremely impressed with her uniquely interactive and friendly style and how comfortable we were when interacting with her: she is a saint! One more thing: both she and Kenny were extremely patient and they needed to be with us!

I normally don’t write letters like this, but your course was excellent and I would highly recommend it for anyone truly committed to becoming a mortgage broker/real estate agent.

Choosing a new career, in real estate, at the age of 40 can be a stressful experience. The fears of the past; studying, learning, math, and exams, haunted me like a plague. Put that together with the demands of a husband, father, and maintaining a home. It was enough to keep me from trying!
