Hello Wendy and Sandy, I just wanted to follow up with you and let you know that after finishing the 5 week course with you on Friday Aug 28th, I wrote this past Thursday and ended up getting 78% on the exam. I really needed to pass this exam so I could move on with my career, Wendy you were a great teacher. The math I always had a strong grasp of it was just the law that I struggled with. I really related to all the little tricks that you taught us (ie. Very Picky Aunt, AID, SID, T-TIP,YIP etc). My exam consisted of approximately 15-20 math questions and they were all very easy ones at that. Very excited to put this all behind me now and move on to my career in commercial real estate!! Thanks again for everything you did, I will be sure to recommend you to anyone I know that is getting in to this career! Take care,

Hi Sandy, I think you like to keep up with your students; I passed on the first try. 75%. I was hoping for 80% after I left because I felt pretty good but I am happy with that. it wasn’t as difficult as I thought and I spent a lot of time of the harder stuff studying but don’t regret anything. I passed, where others fail on the first try so I am very pleased. I am not good at learning from books so I am proud of myself for keeping up with it and finishing successfully. I couldn’t have done it without you though. thank you for your course. I am sure you hear it all the time but it is very helpful.

Because of how great this course is I passed my exam on the first try, got a great mark too ;) I always have a tough time with math, but the way Sandy taught it made so much sense! During my exam I could hear her chanting "interest accruing, stop what you're doing"....lol You will regret it if you don't. It is well worth the extra money. The videos alone were well worth it, but when I got stuck and emailed Sandy she got back to me right away. I enjoyed the Real Smart Course and I found the math component to be very comprehensive and well laid out. I found Sandy to be quick,easy and friendly to deal with but for the most part yes you get answers back copied from the ESG text book. I found the 3 mock exams to be extremely beneficial at the end. The best part of the course is you can watch slide by slide over and over again until you understand it. I found when I finally wrote the UBC exam a few weeks ago I wasn't that nervous and I passed with 82%.

I passed the Real Estate Trading Services Course Exam, the formulas Sandy explains were a life saver! I only wish I knew about Real Smart a year ago when I started the course. At least I was able to go through all of the Real Smart Videos over the last month which really helped me prepare for the exam. I would definitely recommend if anyone is struggling with the math or is looking for help studying for the exam, the three mock exams Real Smart provides are really effective to see where your knowledge is at.

There is no way I could of passed the Real Estate exam without Real Smart. My teacher Jas was super knowledgeable and made learning exciting which was refreshing after the dry read of the Real Estate Trading Services Text book. Jas even made the math part of the course understandable. I found the online videos very helpful and a good review after each chapter. Worth every penny!!!
