The Online Real Estate & Mortgage Broker Supplemental Courses are offered 24/7 for 90 days through a series of instructional videos, quizzes, and timed mock exams. These courses follow the UBC course outline of 60% of the full course, preparing you for the exam, which is 60% of the original exam.

UBC has specific requirements for candidates to be permitted to take the Supplemental courses (see ubc requirements). Because your course only covers part of the materials for the Trading Services Course, you will only be completing some of the assignments contained in the Workbook and some of the questions contained in the Exam Study Guide. For your examination, you will only be responsible for the material in the lessons which are listed below. If you ARE currently licensed, your examination will only cover the material in the lessons listed below. Contact UBC prior to registering for Supplemental Courses to ensure you are taking the appropriate course.
