There is no way I could of passed the Real Estate exam without Real Smart. My teacher Jas was super knowledgeable and made learning exciting which was refreshing after the dry read of the Real Estate Trading Services Text book.

The formulas Sandy explains were a life saver! I only wish I knew about Real Smart a year ago when I started the course.

Marcia and Adele did a great job preparing me for my exam. they were very helpful and i felt went over and above to make me feel ready. As a result i have passed my exam with 80% (10% above the minimum ) and ready to be a licensed Realtor. Thanks again Real Smart!

I wanted to inform and thank you both. I wrote the exam on Friday and received my results this morning informing me that I had passed. Because of how great this course is I passed my exam on the first try, got a great mark too 😉 I always have a tough time with math, but the way Sandy taught it made so much sense! During my exam I could hear her chanting “interest accruing, stop what you’re doing”….lol
You will regret it if you don’t. It is well worth the extra money. The videos alone were well worth it, but when I got stuck and emailed Sandy she got back to me right away. If you are thinking of doing the UBC Real Estate Course, make sure you sign up for Real Smart.

I enjoyed the Real Smart Course and I found the math component to be very comprehensive and well laid out. I found Sandy to be quick,easy and friendly to deal with but for the most part yes you get answers back copied from the ESG text book. I found the 3 mock exams to be extremely beneficial at the end. The best part of the course is you can watch slide by slide over and over again until you understand it. I found when I finally wrote the UBC exam a few weeks ago I wasn’t that nervous and I passed with 82%.

I passed the Real Estate Trading Services Course Exam, the formulas Sandy explains were a life saver! I only wish I knew about Real Smart a year ago when I started the course. At least I was able to go through all of the Real Smart Videos over the last month which really helped me prepare for the exam. I would definitely recommend if anyone is struggling with the math or is looking for help studying for the exam, the three mock exams Real Smart provides are really effective to see where your knowledge is at.

I am so glad I found this course! Without it I don’t think I would have passed the exam on the first try. The courses are so well laid out and presented and Sandy was always available and super-helpful when I had additional questions.
