Inter-Provincial Mortgage Broker Online Course - $349 + gst
This Real Smart Course is a tutorial course that will teach you through just the course material needed for the “inter-provincial” exam with UBC.
Students must have received permission to challenge the exam from the BC Financial Services Authority Registrar of Mortgage Brokers in order to write the UBC exam.
You will be completing only Chapters 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7 of the Mortgage Broker Licensing Course which are the chapters assigned by UBC for the Inter-Provincial Course. You will be sitting for a 2 hour, 50 multiple choice question UBC exam, that you must pass by a minimum of 65%.

Students attending the classroom course only must purchase our 3 timed mock exams separate from their classroom course before they write the UBC exam and pass each exam by 90%. If a student achieves this score and fails the UBC exam, we are happy to offer students the Online Course FREE.
