Because of how great this course is I passed my exam on the first try, got a great mark too 😉 I always have a tough time with math, but the way Sandy taught it made so much sense! During my exam I could hear her chanting “interest accruing, stop what you’re doing”….lol

I enjoyed the Real Smart Course and I found the math component to be very comprehensive and well laid out. I found Sandy to be quick,easy and friendly to deal with but for the most part yes you get answers back copied from the ESG text book. I found the 3 mock exams to be extremely beneficial at the end. The best part of the course is you can watch slide by slide over and over again until you understand it. I found when I finally wrote the UBC exam a few weeks ago I wasn’t that nervous and I passed with 82%.

Do I need to register with UBC Sauder separately?
Yes. You must register and pay for the official licensing course through UBC Sauder separately.
Are UBC Sauder Fees Included in the Real Smart Course Price?
No. You register and pay for the official Real Estate Trading Services Licensing Course separately through UBC Sauder. Your Real Smart purchase covers the instruction and exam preparation included with your selected option.
What is the difference between the UBC course and Real Smart’s course?
UBC Sauder provides the official licensing course, coursework, assignments and examination. Real Smart helps make the material easier to understand through law and math instruction, structured lessons, quizzes, reviews, mock exams and instructor support.
